In the performance SQUARE1 the artists investigate the concepts of overthinking, overdoing, and overwhelming. They delve into the human psyche, exploring the pitfalls of overthinking and the consequences of excessive action. With movements that are hesitant, cautious, and repetitive, dancers are mirroring the loops that can consume a persons mind. Portraying moments of uncertainty and selfdoubt as they try to break free from the confines of overthinking. Both physically and emotionally they may change their position at any given moment within their own experience of being. The journey towards clarity is not a linear one, requires constant adjustment, and adaptation as they navigate through their own thoughts and emotions.
